For Dak Lak origin, Truong, one of the founders and food scientists, bought the pods directly from the farmers, fermenting and drying the beans using their own TBROS method.

TBROS Company is a sustainable supply chain from cocoa trees to chocolate bars, buys directly and pays higher prices for farmers, and creates fine cacao beans by controlling fermentation and drying processes on their own.
