Refund policy
Although we don't provide refunds, we'll be happy to send you a replacement package for free if your product arrived damaged in any way.
You can send us an email at contact@chocovalley to begin this procedure, along with a photo of the damaged item.
Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on perishable goods, discounted items, and gift cards.
Request of Order Cancellation
Once the order is placed, and the paid is collected we don't provide refunds or cancellation of the order already placed.
